I think that it was probably a good kick up the bum for EXT if it was needed??
That probably made EXT management wake up to the fact that they must continuously show the Gov't that they are working hard at developing the project.
Not a bad thing actually.
It wasn't a case that the gov't included EXT in their new policy outlook though which was my point so since the gov't never mentioned EXT when they disclosed their new policy they really have no need to also mention EXT in any clarification that they have already made.
