Looks like there is a bit of support building at 1.4 so maybe you are right. a few of the speccies i sold out of have performed quite well today showing sentiment in resources has improved in the short term.

I am still doubtful you will see any real movements in SP the day this beloved gold announcement is released unless the results exceed market expectations. There was a hell of a lot more volume traded above the current share price so I am sure with some positive days for resource stocks the price should get back up there.
