I think the fundamental problem is board and management focus on the market and shareholders and any other factor than delivering results.
Over promise and under deliver is the result.
If i am able i would dearly love to change that, under promise, over deliver. Not spend all day on the phone or e-mail to placate shareholders but deliver results and let those results do the talking.
I live and work in the real world, not the world of PR and spin...
Question is, which do you prefer.
