Im thinking Grogman they they were hoping if they needed to, to raise at a much higher price like he 6c that ROG believe they are worth. But now have no choice but to do it at this price.
Like hellosailor said though they are probably not to fussed on the current price of the share and to busy looking at the over all picture of where they are heading and what they need to do to get there.
