Rather than try to make it personal against Meeerkat, why not take the opportunity to offer good contrary argument in support of management, etc.
Everyone, including Meerkat, think the assets are great. That is why we hold shares.
Some good positive explaination about what management are up to would be great.
By doing this everyone becomes more informed.
