still issusing options at current strike price, page-44

I am a relative newcomer dunce to this stock (it has single handedly killed me). For all the smarties on this forum , why are there so many discrepencies & conflicting opinions on what should be common knowledge amongst share holders??? I have actually phoned late at night (US) no insight gained??? I have read every document, announcement etc etc .All i can see is FOG & MIST. All explained away by ssscchhhhhhh " secret negotations dude" I am only hanging in to see how this plays out..(my main reason is fog & mist reasons).
