siameseparrot and others, I'm not sure if you all realise it or not but a speeding tocket from the ASX is not given to some sharp rising companies simply because it has not been drawn to their attention. I liken them to council workers. Someone can get away with clearing entire blocks of land without a DA and council does nothing...ever.

Another person in the same subdivision knocks down one tree and the council fines him and insists on a replant Unfair...yes. Reality...Yes. Reason? Nobody ever complained when the guy cleared his entire block but the guy who removed one tree had purchased next door to a greenie and when the complaint was made the council has to act. Nothing nore and nothing less.

The ASX is similar, I have queried this many, many times. They don't just sit there watching for an individual junior to rally up or down, simply, because massive gains up or down daily are common. However, when volume increases as dramatically as AYN did in three days then questions abound. Also, if a query is made to them they will check it and if they can't find a solid reason why eg; a notice/announcement then it is their responsibility to ask why by issuing a speeding ticket.

Rumour get's out from DnD and other brokers and forums and people have commented about AYN early Thursday morning and charts and volume showed it earlier. I told colleagues on Wednesday that it was going to be good. As I said in an earlier post ST I believe it will retrace, LT it should be great. The transition from prospecting to becoming a full blown producer is always a very interesting and volatile time and when they need an SPP or capital raisng for any reason the SP will always get hammered back to the insto's buy price....Profit taking of course, then resume it's movement yet once again. Charts are charts and indicators are indicators. Candlesticks have been used and proven siince the 1600's by the Japanese and in more recent times actively on the internatioonal markets.
