The following was found in the Smart Money section of the AFR this week-end.

"The moment of truth is dawning on emerging satellite communications group NewSat. The company is still struggling to gain traction with investors and its shares have been flat despite it announcing $1.7 million in new contracts across the oil and gas and military sectors. This takes its total new contract value to more than $6million announced since April and the company maintains its forecast for an increased profit for the current financial year to back up its maiden $26,000 net profit for the previous year. If management can live up to its bullish forecast and launch its Jabiru-1 Satellite by 2012-2013, it would narrow its sharp discount to rivals."
