yes asf, its a scheme vote which is all or nothing.
an off market t/o allows a partial t/o.
clearly they want the whole lot or nothing, and lets face it the US side makes sense to delist here and focus on their area of interest.
l still feel the sweetened bid will get it over the line.
even if cooper had to wait another year for an offer of $3 that would only be 8% extra so it just does not make sense.
even though he may be rich, believe me nobody likes to lose on a deal, l can assure you. dont forget he is representing associates and golfing friends, and they dont want to get screwed by either party!
Monday could be interesting ! lets wait and see.
