asf, no such luck, normally around 60% of holders actually bother to vote, so Cooper would control say 20% in real voting terms, but he has associates and holds their proxies, so he could l am sure control the vote.
however, as said, without another viable offer his associates will want the cash at the end of the day.
fine to hold out for more, but the bargaining position is not strong. he can only get crumbs, such as a div payout, but that is pure guess work on my behalf.
