I'm not making a personal attack and your last post once again clearly indicates that you did not even partially understand what she was getting at let alone fully understand it.
Natashia was trying to say that she thinks HC (not you Gerry Stolwyk) have done the right thing by putting up partial IP's in an attempt to reduce multi-nics. Your comments about not being willing to release information that is between you and HC is in fact a non-sequitur once again.
It is reasons such as this that worry me about "moderators" and the powers they wield.
BTW, could you please tell me what is contained in your "brief" to undertake the role of moderator. I don't want any state secrets, just a broad outline of what you are supposed/allowed to do as a moderator?
