Fascinating, I just put in a call to the co secretary (Tera) but they are out for an hour or so. Does seem strange to send out a bunch of info about takeover provisions and a list of top 20 shareholders that shows one of the shareholders is well aboove the compulsory takeover limit.
But I suspect it is not that straight fwd, the top 20 list is now 2 weeks old and I'm sure we would have heard more if there really was takeover action....price action would have loked different too
