I have asked HC by posting a question in the feedback forum. Hopefully an answer will be forthcoming.
Have you had a chance to review this thread and if so do you now see what it is that I (and Natashia) were trying to say to you? We are both at a loss as to what your private communications with HC had to do with her post about IP addresses and why you subsequently said that her post was "not nice". Are you able to explain this or do you agree that there has been some mis-communication?
