    Springkaan...I spoke to Cam Smith (MD Pie) quite some time ago regarding patents, he explained the webphones features are very hard to patent as technology in general is almost impossible to patent. For a better explanation, please contact Cam Smith, just phone his contact number, he is very approachable and will explain it much better than I have.
