Wouldn't you think anyone with $15k right now would be buying at $3.36 on market rather than the SPP at $3.50.
As a shareholder, I would like to know how much the management has spent on the paperwork and postage for the SPP.
The answer is simple, make the SPP attractive or just don't do it!
Tell me please, am I missing something?
