its not like MQG to walk away from a deal and l am sure they will be working behind closed doors on this one.
they can buy up to 20% themselves and l would say an off market bid is on the cards, because 82% of holders voted FOR and they would be happy with that initially and then can buy out Cooper at a later date.
in retrospect they should have thought about that earlier.
Cooper still reckons there are buyers at $3 and the future is bright.
