From the news reports coming out, the Telegraph strongly implies that Senator Lightfoot has a very close connection with Woodside and is not adverse to using information gained for personal benefit. Telegraph.."He confirmed that he bought the shares last November, about the same time Woodside announced it would explore the possibility of drilling in Iraq."
Senator Lightfoots strong association with Iraq and Woodsides negotiation for oil rights with the Kurds adds weight to any rumour of hardman drilling in Iraq in the near future.
I think there may be more strong buying from anyone who can add 2 + 2 that his Hardman purchase wasn't a random aquisition.
I think it would be a great time to top up, with little likelihood of any strong downward pressure(in my somewhat ignorant position). Who knows what the Senator knows?, but it cant be all that bad, can it?
