Aflatoon, keeping emotion out of it, I explained it to my children, over the years, as people hating Americans, so they kill them. When they ask WHY they hate Americans, I say that it is because the Americans are killing their people, or supporting other countries to kill their people. So they kill them back.
As OBL said, "why is our blood any different to yours? Why should you kill our people, and not expect us to retaliate ...."
