re: an important matter No, its not SB, HC Admin has actually been outsourced to India, due to the cost savings. HC Admin are actually mainly made up of young Indian women, looking to earn some extra money doing extra shifts after working in the sweat shops for most of the time.
They are paid 2 rupee an hour.
