    Hi Anatol,
    I am a newcomer to the Stock Market but i read all of the posts on this thread.I believe you are right i was thinking exactly the same way.If those directors double up on the amount of their shares now they could exept a friendly takeover at half the price they were intending.
    ( BAD LUCK FOR US IF THAT IS RIGHT )
