I don't think it necessarily means that a deal may be further down the track than we hoped.

It may just be that the directors really don't know how far off a deal is and so Hendersons selling may be totally irrelevant to the timing of any announcement regarding a deal.

To back up my point, I offer Geoffs now infamous "perilously close" comment before Christmas last year. That was 5 months ago. At that time I honestly believe he thought he knew. But subsequent time and events have shown that he didn't know.

eg.It's not ADO that informs Roche that we're ready to sign up, it's Roche that informs ADO, therefore Henderson must take care of his own finances as best he can while waiting for the signings, just like the rest of us.
