    I will be voting YES to all on proxy form.
    The reason is that if we vote no it may take another year to get anything back out of this dog.
    It will be passed anyway because if they thought it had no chance they would close shop.
    So the way i see it is put the dog back on the market.
    Lets get some dollars back and let other wooducts sit out there in the open to get shot in the ass.
    So in conclusion lets vote yes and end this DOG.
