One would have to expect a rerating on completion of the aquisition of Rare Earths International (?) of which from the presentation recently presented this would appear to be close by.

Price chart has formed a pennant flag bouncing off 32c thrice and now over the last few days has broken a down trendline curently now testing a minor reversal at 40c.
