So, real rough in AUD;
Cost of $90 per tonne
Price between $115 and $160
10 million tonne per annum
EBIT of $250M to $700M
Minus a 30% tax rate:
$175M to $490M
If they end up spending $4 billion;
Annual return is 4.4% to 12.25% - average that to 8.325%, which is on the low side.
