BG pays for $10m of seismic.
BG decides if it still likes the permit (cf Woodside, Pancontinental)
BG decides if it wants to drill a $20m well.
BG decides if it wants to drill three more $20m wells, and do $10m more seismic.
So watch the guaranteed money.
And I suspect that BG are more likely to end up with more than 60% - it's a big promote for an offshore deal with a junior.
