Yes feels good that this deal has been cancelled, but frankly this has taken too much of my time and I am now left with an issue I cannot ignore, as an investor in Lynas I no longer have confidence in the current makeup and responsibility designations of the Lynas board of directors. This does not mean that Mr Curtis should go; I only mean a proper spilt in responsibilities to ensure we have the checks and balances in the future.
Now lets all get on with that future!
