Maybe I am mistaken .
The January 2010 investor presentation does not specifically state "word for word " it is just inferred in my view .
It is irrelevant though , It does appear I was incorrect about a cap raise , I expected it to come out of the Kintetic roadshow presentation and it clearly has not .
