This stock has been grossly oversold.
By 2014 they will have ~ 7000 acres mature
plus WA plantations with be maturing at 2000-2500 acres per year from 2017-20 (assuming additional plantations are established at 1 year intervals for 3 years at 2000-2500 acres). First harvests will commence 2013.
I'd also recommend examining SHV's earnings presentations, company orchards contribute significantly more earnings than the managed orchards divisions.
