Maximum dilution without shareholder approval can only be 15%.
Recyug I agree with you this capital raising is more likely a chance to raise cash by giving sophisticated investors the opportunity to hold relatively large parcels of shares without driving the price up- if an investor wanted 1m shares and bought at market they would either take out the entire sell depth or be stuffing around buying small parcels.
