Double tops? single tops? mean nothing here. The downtrend is definitely kept in place by the lack of news. We have no news at all that adds any value and that is a trend that has been in place longer than these double tops. That has caused the double tops. The future SP is not governed at all by charts but by announcements. Good announcement = upward trend, no announcement = downward trend. Bad announcement = " whats going on here". Continued bad announcements = "oh hell lets get out of here".

So my advice is forget the charts but watch the company announcements. I'm still putting in orders. I think BUL is a good spec but still a spec until we prove up some gas to sell.
