i have been following this forum for quite sometime. i study the historical price chart and make fundamental study of this company, what this company does and how companies like this one in the industry get business from governments/regulatory bodies.

This is a shell listed in ASX , furrther acquired and run by people from outside Australia. They are some pioneer investors as well as investors jumping in halfway and most of these people can be from the domestic Australia.

The below Malaysia Parliament link explains this company is awarded the Malaysia contract that many people are discussing in this forum:

The company employs the 'Private Investment Iniative' method to win the deal from the Malaysia government.(I paid translator to translate this for me). This company could employ the same strategy in winning the Maldives contract. From this angle, this is a low profile company. The money is spent as ' Private Invetsment Iniative' costs zero to the Government and the company will get dividends from the usage and etc.Instition Investors are pillars and supporters to this new techno company. Of course, retail investors can sometimes be very annoyed to the low key management. Basically the management has nothing to report until the projects are launched and operational.

I came out with money again to buy a return ticket to malaysia to experience the foreigner biometric scan. yes it is there and the company logo is on the machine.

I made use of my few days in Malaysia to learn more about the country and the company.I saw these links:

    http://thenextweb.com/asia/2011/04/26/malaysias-new-official-email-address-for-each-citizen-will-also-offer-biometric-usb-device/

    http://www.governmentidnews.com/2011/04/07/malaysia-bringing-biometric-authentication-to-elections

Malaysia is applying biometric technolgy in many areas. i am told by a local that Malaysia is the 1st country in the world which invented biometric passport.

I am convinced that the company is allocating its attention to meet the launching deadline in Malaysia and then will rotate its resources to fix the Maldives , China an other pipelines. The company may also look good as candidate for the election system provider and a contractor the other company.

I pay and I make physical visits to experience the biometric trial and I buy some shares afterreturn.
