Section 667a of the Corporations Act 2001 states: That notice has to be given to the holders of securities if there were two or more reports. And a copy of each must be given to each holder.

There are a number of other sections that relate to expert reports, namely 648 and 641, but this is the best I could find about disclosure from independent review and it seems as though they don't have to issue the report under law.
