Tony's Budget Reply speech will probably include lots of "Stop the .... ".
He might have to think harder to fill the 30 minutes he has. It won't sound too good if it is filled with "I will stop the .... ".
Who is writing his Budget Reply speech ? He confided some time ago that he found economics boring.
