TDA, I'll thumbs up anyone who gives a well thought out critical comment, whether it be positive or negative. I am, however, somewhat bemused at the negative reactions any adverse comment about ACL generates in some posters.

One can still have faith today in the ACL fondaparinux story, and buy or hold, yet still see the grey areas and the unanswered questions in what's going on now. Seeing a negative in the ACL story doesn't automatically equate to a sell decision. However, every day is a new one, and the decision to buy, sell or hold is made on the balance of all known information and the inferences that can taken from them, both positive and negative, at that point in time. It's as true for RIO as it is for ACL.

Declaration: I still hold a swag of ACL, have done since the float (I'm not a trader), but must confess I aren't in love with them as much as I used to be.
