help please - ig prices not updating

My prices on IG are not updating anymore which is a killer when I am in a trade and can't get out... booohoooo.

IG says it can only be 3 things: Internet connection, browser settings or antivirus.

I checked all three with no results and even on different computers with different virus softwares my prices are not updating.

Does anyone have a suggestion what else I could try? IG helpdesk has been helpful but their IT department has just fobbed me off - grrrrrr.

I have been using IG for years now and the problem only occured about 2 weeks ago. The problem is only with the IG interface, all my other connections and even CMC are streaming fine...

Anyone any ideas please?
