It doesn't need to be full blown deregulation, but what we have right now is almost full blown red tape........
boss i agree the tax system needs a huge overhaul. We penalise people way too much for their personal exertion. I mean 46.5% is a disgrace, should be closer to 30 than 40.

UT, the thing is this, all the evidence indicates rental stock has not increased whether due to new building or purchasing of existing dwellings by investors.....so it is relevant because it hasn't done what you are saying it has.
