Anyone dedicated to their team knows when they last won a premiership.
Given how important they have made the goal of delivering a surplus a great trophy one would think the treasurer of all people would know this.
Even worse for Wayne is that he is tormented by the opposition regularly about history showing he is highly unlikely to deliver a surplus ... you would think he would check that claim out.
Very sloppy indeed IMO ... also IMO shows a lack of passion for the position he holds.
