Reading the press on Gillard's recent Chinese talks,it seems that on projects like this,the Chinese are impatient with the delays due to,what they see as,cumbersome regulations.
Is the departure of the Chairman a sign that Chinese pressure is being applied to 'speed up' the process? That would be positive.We can only speculate because Boulder will never inform us if the way they handled the ABS saga is any indication.Does anyone care if they replace the entire board?
My apologies to the Chinese for accusing them of eating their elephant too slowly:perhaps the blame lies elsewhere.
