    my guess is the BRM board are ready to go with a deal for rail/capital raisings/offloading any shares ASIC may require once this is over.

    I think ASIC are legitimately looking into the issue and the only thing stopping them is the letter of the law to pin Wah Nam... lets hope they have made a mistake somewhere
