According to my calculations "For" and "Against" votes should be very close atm.

I think most of the "For" votes have been already casted and the last minute "Against" votes will change everything.

I belive "Against" votes will be most probably win for Res. 3 and 7.

I have voted "against" to all resolutions other than Res.6 which rectifies for 15% share issue plan.

Now, I think Mark Jones holds the key votes. If he could vote "Against" to those Res.3 and 7, "against" votes would definitly win.

Mark Jones now has the gun on his hand. He has to shoot himself or the other party. There is no third way.

It is up to him.
