Bakkie, just wondering why haven't they settled then, why isnt the money in the bank? are these contracts earning late fees? If so you'd think people would be eager to settle and avoid the fees. If you had the money you would have settled by now if you dont and need a loan 6 months isnt going to help you the bank will have the same answer. common sence says you cant get a 3 mil loan for something thats only worth 1.5
Nothing about this share says buy im sure you have heard the expression dont catch a falling knife, look at the chart its not pretty. Ive stopped being greedy so ill wait for the trend to change instead of trying to pick the bottom.
