you dont think anything else has settled in the last 3-4 months? What about the $6m worth of the final/non pre sold apartments that have sold this year?
Do you really think that none of the remaining presold apartments have settled this year, not even $16m worth? surely all 20 remaining groups would in court by now? On the supreme court website for applicant Wannanup Development Nominees Pty Ltd you will see that 2 cases are going through the courts (thats 2, not 20).
Whatever their reasons, PBD is not disclosing anything, we have to search it out for ourselves.
