please note the " buying out minority " that some on HC keeop quoting is a media inclusion and has never been stated as that by the company.
Alos in regard to the TP price, if it is a normal TO, if you were sitting as the Chief inv officer of Baker for example and you know the chinese just bought 17% at 53, wwould you expect 53 only for you shares???? I know i wouldnt thats for sure
