Grumpy: You ask WHY ? Simple the company stated a time frame then the coy must also explain why is now overdue.
If they would have only said " We are working to list on Nasdaq " then no explanation due.
After all anyone of us is a part owner of the company and the management is getting paid for their job with our money invested therefore is their duty to keep us informed.
