It certainly has been down rated, but a long way from be unique in that regard. Plenty of stocks have been punished of late.

IMO BOW is very hard to value, so it is perhaps natural that an over sensitised market that is irratic at the best of times can't find any equilibrium.

We either have commercial flows and 2P or we don't, until work on the permits progresses to a point where the market can make a better estimate of this fact expect wild swings in the SP.
