Moz, I have no doubt they will use a capital raising for this purpose. I don't think they'll need to offer cash if they let the SP get to $6.00+ and have their mates start mopping up.
I've learnt a lot from this exercise. Anytime any future resource company I invest in gets an offer from a Chinese entity, get out ASAP.
Also, I no longer oppose a resource tax, however, the Chinese will sort that out by never making enough profit to trigger the tax. The only way around it is to ensure that State royalties remain - miners to pay for the commodity irrespective of whether they make a profit or not.
