barrelnut I generally will only invest in a company if there is a fundamental reason.This includes a wide range of reasons which include Discount to NTA Low PE ratio Directors buying and holding a number of shares A market downturn Reduction of debts Possible takeover I steer clear of speculative companies that don't show profits. I am usually buying companies when nobody wants them. I only hold one company at the moment. I would not hold more than 5 companies at any given time and usually hold cash for an opportunity. In my view the mutiples on buying companies with a low cap and under 10c is greater. What are some of your criteria barrelnut
