Lets get some perspective on La Jolla, there seems to be a constant theme through the threads
They have never been a significant shareholder, that is they have never had 5% shres They have a history of selling - I believe their philosophy is to make 20% and not to hang on and hope for a higher share price They currently are not a significant shareholder
On the annual report they had only 2.7 million shares
They have 1.25 million dollars left to convert Previously this would equate to 30 million shares, but if the share price stays at 10c then it will only be 10-15 million shares
My take on it - I believe they currently own no stock They are now irrelevant
