Phil, if the Directors hang in there, so will many investors - including myself. My preference is cash and I reckon $20 is a nice round number.

Although WNI scrip might be worthless now as it's primarily a limousine hire company, in a couple of years if they do manage to get total control after buying out us BRM diehards for $20; get a railway funded and built, it will be a different story as a mining company.

I'm thinking that WNI is going to be the Chinese government's provider of choice for iron ore, so it's going to be attractive for Chinese investors in Hong Kong, thus pushing up its Hong Kong price and consequently I assume, the ASX price.

As I've said before, I'm pragmatic and base my investment decisions without sentiment. I'm bemused by WNI's ability to get majority, which means they've got the business smarts. Their scrip maybe worthless now, but if they do solve the rail issue and organise mining start up, I expect their SP price could rise quite some way.

It'll be interesting to see how they propose to get to 90%. Right now it's a draw and will be until they get that figure. It's not often that you would be down 8.99 to 1, and still be considered to be drawing!
