Now unless i'm missing something, Bayan paid approx $198.65 million for the concessions that are being forwarded to KRL. In return, the are receiving 1.93 billion shares, which at the current share price is just under $280 million dollars.

So, Bayan have done very well out of the deal, and i'm fine with that as we need their expertise and proven ability to get coal to the market. However, i would think that if we were paying a company a $50 million finders fee, a somewhat better deal would have been negotiated.

I've sent an email, but expect no real answers.
